Secure Remote Desktop Support Session
We use Windows “Quick Assist.” Most Windows computers have the “Quick Assist” application installed by default. Click Launch “Quick Assist” below to start a Remote Windows 10 or Windows 11 Desktop Support session.
You should see Quick Assist pop up if you’ve been here before or the Always allow… pop up where you will need to tick the box and then select the “Open Quick Assist” button
